To Our Customers:

Chad Tredway has been the primary vehicle examiner in California for NorthAmerican Technical & Forensic since March, 2003, and for those who have not met him personally, you should recognize his name from the hundreds of examinations he has performed and the reports submitted. Chad is a California Licensed Private Investigator, certified Automotive Locksmith, California Licensed Locksmith, certified Forensic Vehicle Examiner , certified Vehicle Fire and Explosion Investigator, certified in Applied Forensic Science, court certified Forensic Expert, a member of the International Association of Investigative Locksmiths, a member of the Coalition Network of Forensic Examiners and trained in Forensic Locksmith procedures. Chad also attended California State University Fullerton and studied Applied Forensic Science. Shari Tredway has an insurance industry background and spent several years as an SIU Representative.

I will continue to peer review the examination reports submitted by Chad, and Sharon will continue to be involved in administrative responsibilities during the transition period. For the following 2 years I will continue to peer review completed reports and we will be involved in the business on a limited basis. Administrative Assistant, Linda Bever, will stay with North American West Automotive Forensic Services to handle phone calls, accept assignments and process reports. Continuity will be sustained during this transition and no disruption in customer service or in the quality of vehicle examinations and reports is anticipated or expected.
